- H.R. 1192 (Lummis), To extend the current royalty rate for soda ash. “Soda Ash Royalty Extension, Job Creation, and Export Enhancement Act of 2011.”
- H.R. 2176 (Heinrich), To dedicate a portion of the rental fees from wind and solar energy projects on Federal land under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management for the administrative costs of processing applications for new wind and solar projects, and for other purposes. “Clean Energy Promotion Act"
